斯二子不知何许人,亦不详其姓氏。阅其心话,殆养生家而将从事于南宫者。余见而录之,喜其言浅而深、粗而精,其间命意,似有所向,殆又非顽隐一流,趣味与余不二。爰去其不经,而存其常说,名之曰《二懒心话》。盖以一号懒翁,一号大懒。按其懒字,从心不从女,是有取夫赖心而学之义焉,是殆苏懒翁之流亚也。盖能从事夫天心道心者。

嘉庆戊寅之十一月望日小艮肃录并识

问曰:某所闻,惟识玄关一窍、心肾交媾而已。

答曰:玄关一窍开否,识之不难,开之有道。使此关尚未开也,我不知君如何交媾焉。

问曰:古云玄机在目,我愿究其微妙。

答曰:善哉

问。人身遍体属阴,赖以化阴还阳者,两目也。此即入道第一口诀,君既知之,从此用以内照,则头头是道,玄关可望开矣。

问曰:内照从何下手?

答曰:冥尔目,调息片时。觉息调矣,始以意凝神于脑,以目光微向巅顶一看,觉得微明如黑夜月色然;随即用意引此光映泥丸,待得脑中光满而头若水晶然(此即洗髓法也。)。

久之,乃引此明由重楼达绛宫,存之半响,觉我绛宫纯白(此即洗心法也)。

随以意引到中黄,亦如上法存之,觉中黄纯白(此净土法也)。

其光明自觉随气下降,又觉下田渐渐宽阔而更幽深焉(此即靖海法也)。

内照至此,愈之愈明而愈宽广,久之又久,觉有气动于中(此即龙从海底现也)。

我则一念清虚,微以意引目光从海底兜照后去,未几,觉此光明已透尾闾(此即虎从水底翻也)。

渐渐有光自下升上(此即黄河水逆流也),竟透大巅(此即还精补脑流也)。

我于斯际,万籁皆空,惟用一意、上冲下透并行不悖之诀,行之久久,觉此清光上透九霄,下破九渊。斯时我身已不觉有焉。内照之入手如此,吁!说时容易,行时难也。

问曰:余此去从事内照,继事无相,未几而心地清朗,渐觉下部忽然若失,觉无边际,深亦莫测。是从内拓加功许久,念寂至笃,乃现此景。惟觉遍体冲和,已而并此景象亦置度外,惟觉呼吸之气无,而下部腾腾气热;忽于极热之际得有几缕凉气,或自胸腹下降,或自腑后脊前流下,溯洄于男根左右,若有走泄之机,恐非妙境(此正妙境),中道而止(若止不加火而炼则有弊)。出而肃叩焉。

答曰:善哉疑也。此下部yin精,遇炁而化(此yin精即上所说几缕凉气四边流下者是也),真炁力微,化而失炼(不能大热者真炁微,故真炁即真火),则与凡气合(凡气即凡火,此际凡火,相火也),将成交感之精,不进阳火。(闭息存思即名进阳火也),此物必将夺关而出。法惟有凝神集炁于海底,以两目光推而荡之,如转磨然。”

问曰:然某闻之,法从心后分降两肾云云者,女子之修诀如是也。盖女于以血为本,故其玄关一窍开自绛阙,以其修诀加摩于两乳中间,名曰乳溪,揉摩至百至千,则胸间火热,惟觉气闷,且有板木之景之象,其血生始旺,法惟以意退人心后脊前、分注两肾。若如男子,一直从心降腹,艮有血崩之虞。今君所述,乃气也,气升于脑,返化为液,斯已奇矣。既已化液,则直下下田何碍?而必欲如女子降至绛阈,退而后达,由两肾转上脐轮,方始化羔——斯理未明。况黑与气一物也,性皆属火,不过有先天后天之名耳:今闻君论,疑窦四开,莫白塞焉,愿为开示。

答曰:善哉斯问,君真可称善疑者矣。我所言半闻诸师、半得诸书者,今为略述其概也可。男子之阳在腹,女子之阳在背,此乃天地自然不易之理,我之所言yin精者,其形似精而非精,乃饮食所化之液,未经化血,流滞于百络之间乃成痰类一停滞中焦则成饮证,流注膀肤则成滑液。我之一身三百骨节之缝、八万四千毫窍之内,不乏此品盘踞期间,外邪乘隙入与此品朋比为好,为害非细。今因我真羔周烘,斯物融活,随气护羔流注下田,其性阴寒,故其流往也机趣惟凉。然使积而不之化,则又必化火而出,世人认为流火症亦此品也。故凡我于坐际,每逢真羔流行,则觉有飕飕凉气自内而出,亦此品化而出之功效也。故我于此品流注下田之候,须必大加真火以嫩之(此皆至要诀也),则此品成如云气然,随夫真羔由后上升达至巅顶;一聚一凝便成真液,如雨如露由鼻孔处滴下口际:此凡甘露也),润至绛宫(到此须存多存一存\又得心火一烘,便化成血。故须从心后脊前分降两肾,一经锻炼,随羔注脐,又经大炼,斯可成羔,此是一定之气化,不分男女者也。夫人孰不饮食,则饮食所化之液无日不有,苟昧白心一炼之诀,鲜不因而致病,是以十人九多痰。修持者每患遗泄,世人不悟,委之有念、或委之心肾不交、或委之克化不济,皆非也。是皆不知从心一存其气,则其津液横流、积化成痰、流注下出;故有强而涩之,变成外症,发为疽毒,是又化火而出也。其流弊也,握发难数,我故详为申说之。若夫所谓真精者,浑而体之则有,握而取之则无。至如交感之精,尚是气化之物,故有形色焉;而其来自内,故能生育焉。若此饮食之液,其来自外,不经心炼,血尚未化,不过形似精耳,焉能生育?原非至宝,偶而遗泄,亦何足恨,因而忧郁焉,烦燥焉,不亦惑乎!与其服药以涩之,不如如我言而炼之,此之谓釜底抽薪。我于此节津津言之者,以此一品虽是凡物,如法一炼便成阴气,到脑降心便可化血,已是宝物,再降至肾,升炼于脐,得土一和,逐与真羔无二无别,居然至宝云尔。先天为阳,后天为阴,我辈修持,无非炼阴还阳之道。其诀不外乎忘形以养气,忘气以养神,忘神以养虚。其所以必造夫忘字境者,以所聚之精之气之神,皆得咸属先天,始为无弊。况所重在身常受炼,其用惟火,火足则昌、火衰则败,不忘则不聚,能忘火乃足,是乃修真之至要诀也。

问曰:某闻之,心有三,何谓也?

答曰:然。曰天心、曰地心、曰人心,其实惟一。经不云乎“心为神明之府,变化之道由焉。”盖人一身咸秉心气而行而止者,犹鱼之处夫水也。古人云:“一身之实处,地也;一身之虚处,天也;屈之伸之、语言视听,人也。”又曰:“天之心居脑,地之心居腹,人之心居绛宫。绛宫之心块然,而虚灵不昧,是一物而含三有焉。”盖其居脑居腹之心无形无质,乃即块然居中形如垂莲者之灵、之羔,之上透下注而诚存者也,我故曰其实惟一。意者,心之所发也。,心,无声臭者,念动而发,是名曰意。念也者,今心之谓,犹曰即心是也。意也者,心之音也,谓其念头已发动也。吕祖有言曰:“大道教人先止念,念头不止亦徒然。”又曰:“不怕念起,只怕觉迟。”轻云子曰:“念头未离腔子里,除之大易;放而出之,除便稍难矣。”故古有曰:“念起即除,神仙许汝”。

问曰:修仙之秘止于斯乎?某闻之有曰“修命不修性,修行第一病”,又曰“修性不修命,万劫阴灵难入圣”,何谓也?

答曰:噫!命无性不灵,性无命不呈,谓必性命双修也。据我见,修得一分性,保得一分命,盖以性命两字不可分也,实以有时偏乎性而命在其中、偏乎命而性在其中,有如形影然得可分乎?第凡修道,先一我志,性功之始基也;惜身如玉,命功之始基也。从而进之,止念除妄,性功也;调息往息,运行升降,命功也。体而参之,念不止、息不调、妄不除,功不进也,凡夫调住运行升降及夫混合交结等功,总得于无思无虑之际而畅于万籁皆空一尘不染之候也。我故曰:“修得一分性,保得一分命”。

问曰:惟丹道谓身有四海:心曰血海,胃曰谷海,肾曰气海,脑曰髓海。其微妙未之悉,愿为开示。

答曰:善哉

问。人之一身,皆藉自然生羔,以生以成,惟胃一海,仰藉后天外来饮食,以消以化,补夫周身生羔之或缺,人人知之,无庸赘述。夫养生家立论,每先自冥心一层始,其故何也?诚以心为血海,心凉则生血,心冥则心凉。夫冥心之诀,微以意引心气,退丽于夹脊之前,觉吾一身之温气氤氲然归护于绛宫前后左右上下中间。如是,则凡温温然之生气,一近绛宫便有油然自化为血,又自氤氲然达于肌络之间。其至精者退后而降至两肾,则赤洒洒者化而为纯精天一之气焉。夫养生家于未冥心前如曰闭目乎?噫!其义玄、其旨精也、心之灵发窍于目,一也;两目又藏有肝魂肺魄脾灵肾脏之精羔,二也;一冥心而目预之闭,则脏腑四肢内外生气自来朝会于绛阙,三也;且凡其来朝,生气自得,不期相化而自化为纯血,其妙用亦在两目,四也;更能使夫纯血各随其气分布流润于脉络肌腠之间者,总因我两目悬如日月、

周照乎内内外外高高下下远远近近,一若有意,一若无意,似为引导而不引导之故,五也。君昔曰其机在目,即此可信古人之言不我欺也。夫肾,水脏也。谓曰气海,君疑,善疑也。虽然,要知水脏之为水脏,非谓膀胱之贮有浊水而云然也,乃吾身呼吸之气之所归,纯是后天而又有阴阳之别——阳则名气,阴则名液,此二种也,不得我身太阳之人为之烹炼,则此二物滞而不化,为害非细,其变而为病也不胜数其名目焉。炼之之诀惟何?总不外乎用我两目,导彼真阳,存于海底。我则一念不杂,气机通畅,无内无外,不知五脏焉、六腑焉、四肢焉、地天焉。惟时自省于海底沉一红日(此至要之诀也),忘失即须觉存,存即事忘(妙哉如是行也),失即觉为存,循环事之(此为要嘱),则此一海泰定而无弊焉矣。修道如牛毛,成道如兔角,何哉?废弃于此海一关,天下比比然也。君果有志焉,从而坚持之。持之不坚、坚之不恒,亦无益也(切戒切戒)。君其勉乎哉(千万千万切嘱切嘱)!君其识之,上所言虽示炼夫气海一关,其间景象多多也,不胜述也。千言万语,三教经书、诸子百家汗牛充栋,无非治心一法。——好不足喜,歹不足忧,一切好好歹歹景象似真而咸幻,有者心不可为之动、念不可为之摇、行不可为之阻。其所现之象总不外乎惊喜两种,然其中变变幻幻每有出人意表者,总以不动为宗,须明皆是魔幻,或是上真遣来尝试者。惟能不为魔动,方是大丈夫本来面目。故凡遇夫魔扰,则宜益加坚定、益加勇猛为是。我之所以大声疾呼者,邪正不两立,而魔道每并存。何以故?无魔不显道,魔而不退道乃成。君其勉之。脑号髓海,其理显明,无庸烦说。然此一海,世说作用伙矣!类皆地仙鬼仙之诀,非至道也,不可从也。君所向我所事天仙一宗,所炼以纯返先天为了当者,故不可不慎所炼焉。要明夫天仙之究竟与夫先天一系之淳妙,其质至清至柔而至刚至锐,金铁不能格也。所过者化,所存者神,大周天界,细入微尘,放之可包三千大千恒河沙世界,化之可结亿亿万万人物山水殿城宫观(此等境界不愁不得,惟愁神着,何以故?一经念动,则此等境界变现不休,且必愈出愈奇;一经着相,便入魔道,小则成魔,大则立死。此间修道人着此而死者比比也。非惟本人不知,即其眷属道侣亦且认为某果得道而去也,其误人也不小矣。是故天仙家概不以此为效验,且咸以此为魔扰。若坐而现此之境,又不可用意辟之,一用意辟,则又化成斗境,有变现不测之相扰相降,必成狂疾而死。或竟为魔摄去而死。或竟入魔彀中,几然战胜,从此神通法力不炼而大,本人迷昧以为道得之明验焉,孰知正为魔诱入彀,命终而去,适成修罗眷属而已,又或因斗不胜、全神离壳而去,其壳反为魔踞。外人不得而知也,以为斯人道成,试其神通法力与古仙无二。其魔踞试行其魔道,从者如云。究其谈论,以淫以嗔以贪以诈为无妨于真道,从之者咸入魔境、成魔眷属。如今昔自莲邪教之教首,类因修道迷误,魔踞其壳而成斯等邪教也。此不可不知也,故凡修道者,总以见而不见,闻而不闻为降魔大秘诀,所谓凭他风浪起,我自不开船。此示以不之动念之大要诀也,凡炼髓海者切鉴之也可。),聚则成形,散则成羔,混三清而不二,合三教而为一者(此指一守我清空无住之念,一任他有有无无、青黄赤白焉而已。学者慎无着在聚散混合形色上)。此天仙之究竟,是亦先天一羔之妙用。我侪有志,自能造及,此非妄也,志则如是。古仙有言:“学仙须得学天仙,惟有金丹最的端。”故志不可不自立也。炼此髓海,其诀惟何?上与天通而下澈地局,四维四正无际无边,气象湛如寂如,不有山川城郭,惟存有赤洒洒黄金世界、明晃晃皓月当空,此为人手之秘。凡现有种种瑶台琼室、十洲三岛亦不视之(此即上德无为、有而不有之秘诀也),铁围无间、刀山剑树、焰原沸池亦弗之察(此即不以察求之诀),惟存一无可着之正念而除其动心,此治髓海一关之要诀也。若夫谷海之关,其炼法:惟有以手摩腹,助我阳气,以消以化。故古之人,每于食后先以一手自中脘摩至腹,徐行约百步;又以手在腹际如磨镜然,自内而外循环而行,约行三百步;其间左手如乏,易以右手,继则静审其气机得以通泰乃止。嗣如得闲而坐,则接行冥心闭目存神绛宫一法,则中宫谷气便可化血而达肾。兼行此功者,万无津液化痰之弊,亦无液化yin精之虞。虽似有为之功而实无为之一助(此即下德有为、其用不休之一法也),慎毋以其小作而忽诸,此正我师预治yin精之秘道也。行亦简易甚者。

问曰:某闻之,玄关不开,圣胎不结,乳哺失宜,圣婴内疾,脱迁不道,真人夭卒。某以此惧,愿垂训示,若某也,玄关可幸开乎?圣胎可幸结乎?

答曰:君误矣,抑君之自道乎?君之玄关已于前夜洞开矣。——“下部云云”,时正君开关已后之明验焉。至夫胎结与否,须自问者:君可遍体通畅否?亦有氤氲气象否?得夫物我两忘否。(此皆至要之功夫,勤乃得)

——曰:均已遇时有矣。(得常有为妙)

——曰:得夫万籁皆空、一灵独露境界否?

——曰:此均试有焉,而未之得久为恨。(如得之久,其去结胎也近矣。)
